Refund / Return Policy – Narga
At Narga, your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
- You can return any item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, customized products, or sale items.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect and initiate the refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- If COD was used, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchanges
- Size or style exchange is allowed within 7 days, subject to availability.
- For an exchange, follow the same steps as returns and mention the desired size.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@narga.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
